1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Items must have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • A return or exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note that custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Intimates, bodysuits, or swimwear
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return or exchange, email us at info@kaylimke.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive the return address and further instructions. Please ensure that all return shipping is trackable—we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, excluding shipping fees.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it promptly, either through replacement or refund.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.
